Sociologist of spatial inequality and social stratification

Projects

My research interests centre on the social and political consequences of spatial inequality, understood as the unequal division of opportunities, risks and resources between different localities within a country. I investigate how and why different dimensions of spatial inequality shape outcomes across a number of life course domains.
